About Me

I started as a Glazier in 1974 in the Glass and Window Industry. This gave me many years of experience in repairs, glazing and contract glazing, including Local Authority, and Commercial Contracts.

In July 1982 I started my own Company as Glazing Contractors and Repairs. I also opened a Trade and Retail Counter for Glass and Double Glazed Units.

In 1983 I expanded and started employing more staff. This enabled myself to set up my own factory for manufacturing of double glazed units.

In 1986 I expanded again by starting to manufacture PVCu Windows, Doors and Conservatories.

As the Company grew I employed qualified glaziers, manufacturers and Installers in all Departments. This carried on to taking trainees on throughout the Company. With this knowledge we have gained many years of experience enabling ourselves to take on repairs to all windows, doors and conservatories systems whether to PVCu, wood, Aluminium, etc.

Due to the demand on the repair market, whether it be because Companies were no longer trading or the windows were out of warranty, my wife and I decided to form a new Company called 'True Window Care'.

Our Service Engineers undertake a survey of any work that is required to enable ourselves to provide a Free No Obligation Quotation.

We also undertake Full Survey and Written Reports for Commercial Contractors, Estate Agents and Insurance Companies, etc.

We have a 24 Hour Emergency Call out - charges will apply out of hours

As a Company we are striving to continually train our staff and engineers in new security and safety products that are constantly coming onto the market.

We also supply windows and door components on our Retail and Trade Counter.

As part of the repair service it is sometimes impossible to repair existing windows, doors and conservatories. If this happens we will supply a full written quotation on replacing the window, door, conservatory or even just the conservatory roof if needed.
